Terms of Use

The terms that apply to this website and to use of the Proactive Worksets add-in.

Scope

By using this website or installing the add-in, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the software.

Licence to use Proactive

Proactive Worksets is licensed, not sold. It is currently made available under an evaluation entitlement for evaluation and live project testing; the duration and conditions are set out on the evaluation and Licensing FAQ pages. The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and may be changed when commercial licensing becomes available.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute the add-in, and not to use it to breach a third party’s rights or the terms of your Autodesk licence.

Your responsibility for project outcomes

Proactive supports governance. It does not replace it. Rule checks, warnings and reports are aids to your own review process, and responsibility for compliance, model quality and deliverables remains with you and your project team.

Intellectual property

Proactive BIM Governance retains all rights in the software, the website, its content and its branding. Your models and project data remain yours.

Availability and changes

Features may change, and support for older versions of Revit may end. We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its revision date.

Liability

The software is provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [governing jurisdiction to be confirmed], and disputes are subject to its courts.
