Beta Software Notice

Proactive Worksets is in Beta and available for live project testing. This page explains what that means before you install it.

What Beta means here

The add-in is functional and in use on real projects, but it is still being shaped by feedback. Behaviour, wording and settings can change between builds, and some capabilities described on the site are still in development.

What to expect

  • Frequent updates, sometimes several in a month.
  • Occasional defects, and settings that may need to be reconfigured after an update.
  • Features that are added, revised or removed in response to tester feedback.

Working safely with Beta builds

Test on a copy of a model before running rules across a live federated model, and keep your normal backup and Revit central file routines in place. Treat Proactive output as a check on your process, not a substitute for coordinator review.

Your models stay local

Checks run inside your Revit session. The add-in does not transmit model content to us.

Feedback shapes the release

Beta exists so that the rules, defaults and reporting match how teams actually work. Reporting a problem or a missing rule has a direct effect on what gets built next.

Moving to general release

Planned launch pricing is published on the Pricing page. Checkout is not yet available, and Proactive is available now under an evaluation entitlement. Existing users will be given notice before commercial licensing launches.
